4:30 p.m. Transformative Walk introduction to The New Polytechnic, RPIs new “unique and transformative paradigm for research, teaching and student life”
5 pm. Black-tie-optional reception and dinner for nearly 700 people at both the Folsom Library and The Curtis R. Priem Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (with two floors of the library converted into cocktails and dining space)
8 p.m. Campaign launch at the concert hall featuring a performance by the Rensselaer orchestra, a formal program with speeches and video, and a dessert reception
