A new facility dedicated to researching and testing mass timber in commercial buildings is now open at Oregon State University. The 17,500-square-foot A.A. “Red” Emmerson Advanced Wood Products Laboratory is part of the College of Forestry’s new $79.5 million Oregon Forest Science Complex, which broke ground in 2016.
