New College of Florida's ambitious conservative makeover has created a chaotic start to the fall semester, pushing students into off-campus hotels and sparking a faculty exodus.
The five states with the highest percentage of college degree holders were also the top 10 most educated states, according to WalletHub's study. Additionally, three of the top 10 most educated states had the best university degree quality on average.
