Higher education’s sea change

Higher education in the U.S. is in the midst of a sea change, forcing schools to adapt with the times.

College enrollment had been trending downward, and the pandemic accelerated the trend.

The total number of undergraduate students in the U.S. dropped by nearly 10% during the pandemic, PBS NewsHour reports.
