Janice Orlov has been named vice president for administration and finance at West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
She will oversee the university’s finance, budget and business services, as well as human resources, labor relations, payroll, environmental health and safety, organizational development, public safety and emergency management, and facilities.
Reporting directly to the president, Orlov will be a member of the president’s cabinet and the liaison with external auditors, the auditor general’s office, and internal auditors assigned to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
Orlov previously served as senior director of finance and administration for the office of provost administrative affairs at the University of Pennsylvania, and as managing director of finance and operations at UPenn’s Wharton School.
