UB Survey Results: Modern Campus Access & Student IDs—Did COVID-19 Accelerate Technology Adoption?

Date of broadcast: Thu, 03/10/22

Campus safety and security became even more of a priority for colleges and universities during the pandemic. To understand the latest trends in campus access and student ID credentials, University Business conducted a survey of over 200 higher ed leaders in the fall of 2021. Among the findings: 70% said the challenges of the pandemic had increased their level of interest in the new generation of campus ID, credentials and access control systems.

Attend this webinar to learn more about the results of this survey, as well as the features and capabilities of these new technologies, and how these systems can improve operational efficiency and meet the needs and expectations of today’s students.

Topics will include:

  • Results of UB’s recent survey of higher ed leaders
  • Beyond the pandemic—how COVID-19 accelerated technology adoption in access control, and what comes next
  • The student experience—are schools meeting the expectations of today’s students?
  • The new ecosystem—features and capabilities of the new generation of ID, credentials and access control
