Tedd L. Mitchell, who began at the Texas Tech University System as interim chancellor in September, now serves as the fifth chancellor and CEO of the system, which includes Texas Tech University, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso and Angelo State University. Mitchell will continue leading Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, which he’s done since 2010.
