A student was found dead in a dormitory at Michigan State University, according to a spokesperson.
There is no indication of foul play, according to spokesperson Dan Olsen. He said the official cause and manner of death will be determined by the medical examiner.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of the student,” Olsen wrote in an email. “This was a tragic incident and we are working closely with the family and those close to the student to provide support and resources.”
Olsen said there is no threat to the community.
