Pennsylvania college football player dies of COVID-19 complications

Jamain Stephens, a senior defensive lineman and son of a former Steeler, played for a Division II school that had canceled fall athletics

According to a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, senior defensive lineman Jamain Stephens Jr. from the University of California of Pennsylvania died  from complications of COVID-19. He was 20.

The 6-3, 355-pound defensive tackle and son of a former Pittsburgh Steelers player  who was nicknamed “Juice” had played in 32 games throughout his career and was majoring in business administration.
