Logan Lane was 15 when she first had the urge to throw her phone into a river. If it was feasible, she wish she could go without having any phone at all.
“I don’t think I’ll ever switch back to a smartphone,” says 20-year-old Charlie Fisher. He says having a smartphone was stopping him from regulating his emotions and contributing to procrastination.
