This lounge, which will be located in the university’s primary science building, comes after Victory Media recently recognized Niagara as one of the country’s top 10 small private schools for veterans and families.

Size: 1,763 square feet

Features: Meeting area and TV lounge with new furniture, computers, workstations, microwave and popcorn machine

Anticipated cost: $70,000

Expected completion: January 2019

Bergami Center for Science, Technology and Innovation
University of New Haven (Conn.)

The academic center will serve as a central hub for the university’s science, technology and communications programs.

Size: Three stories; 40,000 square feet

Anticipated cost: $26 million

Expected completion: January 2020

Athletics Pavilion
Rivier University (N.H.)

The facility will support the university’s NCAA Division III athletic programs for soccer, field hockey, lacrosse and softball. It will also provide spaces for other events, including summer camps.

Features: Stadium seating, team rooms, conference space, training room, locker rooms and a press box with an enhanced sound system

Anticipated cost: $5 million

Expected completion: Late spring 2019
