Construction Watch: More building projects underway across Alabama college campuses

Many of Alabama’s college and university campuses, including the University of North Alabama and Talladega College, are under construction this summer. The schools are transforming existing structures and adding residence halls, academic facilities, theaters and more. Read more.

The Opus Group has broken ground on a new three-story, mixed-use student living community at the University of Kansas. The project, to be completed next July, is a joint venture with The McKinney Fund & Company, with Central Bank of St. Louis and Central Bank of the Midwest providing construction financing. Read more.
