Construction Watch: Bond proposal will assist N.C. schools with new construction
As part of his budget message earlier, North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper proposed letting the state’s voters decide the fate of a $3.9 billion bond package that, among other things, would represent a significant investment toward a goal of constructing new schools. Read more.
