Construction Watch: Bates’ science center to open in fall 2021

The Bonney Science Center is among many initiatives that will boost STEM programs campuswide

Construction of the Bonney Science Center at Bates College in Maine is now underway. Expected to open for the fall 2021 semester, the new science building is the centerpiece of the $300 million Bates Campaign that is raising money to increase STEM programs for students. Read more.

Construction crews celebrated the halfway point in building the new William J. Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center at University of Colorado Colorado Springs—one of four “City for Champions” projects that are planned for Colorado Springs. Read more.
