A bill that would determine the state of diversity, equity and inclusion on college campuses in Kentucky has been dropped.
The bill would have prohibited diversity, equity and inclusion programs and staff positions at public colleges and universities.
That bill failed to pass.
Republicans say it was creating conflict within the party.
