Ohio University trustees OK tuition, fee hikes, new medical college building

Ohio University trustees have officially approved increases in tuition and fees for incoming students next school year and authorized construction of a new building for its Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Trustees authorized $56 million Friday for the construction of a three-story education building for its medical college, which will include innovative spaces for medical education. That’s on top of $9 million previously approved for design work on the structure.
