CCUMC to participate as program partner at UB Tech 2020

Members of the Consortium of College and University Media Centers will provide five sessions at the June conference.

CCUMC, the Consortium of College and University Media Centers, will once again participate as a program partner at UB Tech, bringing five informative sessions to the conference. UB Tech will be held June 15-17 in Las Vegas, at the MGM Grand.

“CCUMC has been a valued UB Tech program partner for many years now,” said JD Solomon, the conference program director. “Their sessions are always among the most popular on our schedule.”

The CCUMC sessions at UB Tech will address topics such as the benefits for a college of building its own AV design and installation team; how to standardize campus AV; how to build immersive synchronous lecture halls; how to ensure effective support for classroom technology, and how to ensure that technology acquisition decisions are are truly based on user need.

CCUMC provides leadership and a forum for information exchange to the providers of media content, academic technology, and support for quality teaching and learning at colleges and universities.
