The U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled oral arguments for Oct. 10 in a case challenging the use of affirmative action in undergraduate admissions at the University of Texas.
Fisher v. University of Texas involves a 2008 lawsuit questioning the constitutionality of UT’s consideration of race and ethnicity in deciding whom to admit.
