Enrollment Rx Strengthens Admissions Process for Coker College

Wednesday, March 27, 2013

Enrollment Rx, provider of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for higher education, today announced that Coker College has enhanced the admissions process for its day, evening and graduate programs. With Enrollment Rx in place, the college has realized a 30% increase in applications and 15% increase in admits during 2012, as compared to 2011.

Coker turned to Enrollment Rx in 2011 to streamline communication systems in its admissions operation. Today, the increasingly selective residential college uses Enrollment Rx's automated workflow, detailed reporting and centralized access to student information to reliably process a growing number of applications and admittances.

"Enrollment Rx has allowed our staff to work smarter, not harder, which means that they can concentrate their efforts on ensuring that our recruiting program remains a highly personalized one," said Adam Connolly, director of admissions at Coker College. "We've never had this many applications at this point in the cycle in the history of the school."

Built on the salesforce.com enterprise cloud computing platform, Enrollment Rx solutions span the entire student lifecycle to help administrators connect and communicate in a real-time environment with multiple constituents. With Enrollment Rx, Coker has realized the following benefits:
Time savings. Enrollment Rx's automated workflow -- e.g. sending a literature piece to a student one week after admit -- has eliminated time spent stuffing envelopes and bulk mailings. As a result, the admissions staff is more organized and efficient.

Improved recruitment. Enrollment Rx archives all student information in the CRM, providing easy, centralized access to prospect information, such as when materials were mailed and suggested follow-up date.

Improved retention. Coker can now track students in an organized way through the entire admissions process, allowing for more communication and better retention.

"The experts at Enrollment Rx worked closely with our team to help us customize the application to our unique requirements," Connolly said, "and now we are exploring options to expand our implementation of the Enrollment Rx system to other departments, such as financial aid."
