Arcadia University Selects LogMeIn Rescue to Provide Technical Support Across the Globe

Arcadia University has selected and deployed LogMeIn Rescue, LogMeIn, Inc.’s flagship remote support service as its primary IT support tool. The private university located in Philadelphia is using Rescue to deliver remote technical support to faculty and staff worldwide. With LogMeIn Rescue, Arcadia University’s IT department is now capable of delivering instant support services to clients on its Philadelphia campus, as well as its remote campuses all over the world, including Turkey, Ireland, Great Britain, China, India, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America. The University’s College of Global Studies is one of the largest and most respected campus study abroad programs in the nation, serving students from Arcadia University and more than 300 U.S. colleges and universities.
