Alabama A&M students develop 'Bulldog Buzz' app as guide to campus life

Andre Coward has big plans. A sophomore from Las Vegas majoring in computer science at Alabama A&M University, Coward said his "ultimate goal is Silicon Valley." For now, though, he's one of three Alabama A&M students who have developed a free mobile phone application tailored to their classmates. And, eventually, the app will be the foundation to a new digital social network for college students. Big plans, indeed. The app Coward developed with his brother, freshman Roger Rhodes, and sophomore Michael Battle of Riverside, Calif., is called "Bulldog Buzz."
